Location was perfect right on the beach, Room was clean and view from balcony was just perfect.
The outside terrace was very nice right on the beach with plenty of comfortable chairs.
The check in was weird to us (being British) as there was no one on reception just a peice of paper with my name on and our key, weird but works.......
The room had a kettle with 2 cups and a free bottle of water but that was it, nothing to go with the water like a couple of sachets of tea/coffee etc and the website never mentions this so we never brought anything with us. Also the AC turns off when you take the key out which I get but when you get back the room is like an oven so you put the AC on but it is quite noisy whilst you trying to get some sleep.

Super location, nice staff
The curtains could be a bit more blackout, especially the rooms towards the East. It was very light in the room at sunrise already.
