As always, a perfect relaxing holiday in this beautiful hotel. Food were amazing. Beautiful beach and all the facilities available. We enjoyed our stay here

Location close to town, 10 minutes on foot, and to the beautiful beach of Skala Eressou 5 minutes away with many hotel sun beds and umbrellas. And a beach bar.
Nice breakfast area under the trees.
Big room with big balcony.
The sea view rooms are in reality partial sea view rooms. And sea was far away.
Pool area on one occasion was used by outside local teenagers jumping around and making noise. There was nobody there from the hotel to stop them. Allegedly during working hours, 10-18hrs, the pool should be supervised.
One night we had a complete failure of air-conditioning. We got a table ventilator instead…..
Quality of breakfast was average.

Breakfast was good and sufficient .Lunch at the pool restaurant was nice and delicious. The beach was perfect
Although the check-in time at the hotel was 2 pm , they gave our room at 5:30 pm and hey kept us busy by saying that our room would be ready in half an hour for exactly 2.5 hours. This disappointed us about the hotel just upon arrival . There are mosquitoes all over the hotel , on the food for breakfast .. in our cocktail glasses at the beach bar ..in our rooms .. and no mosquito nets in the rooms .It was disgusting!
During the time we waited in the lobby, mosquitoes were everywhere because the dirty glasses that were left before were not removed from the tables for hours.There was not a single precaution taken against mosquitoes !
