About this condo rental

Situated in Warehouse District, this attractive condo for $525 per night is a great option for your next trip. Enjoy a fully restored warehouse building converted into a private full floor, 2500 Sqft, luxury condo with exposed brick, historic windows in all rooms, and solid wood beams throughout. Guests have controlled access to street level lobby with marble floors and quartz stacked stone walls. Upon entry, the elevator will take you directly into your home away from home for a penthouse New Orleans experience. Yes, the Elevator is your door into the unit (and yes there are stairs for those that don't want to use the elevator)! This home has Brazilian hardwood walnut floors, marble tile bathrooms, granite/quartzite counters, high end Thermador appliances with Gas range and oven, Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn furniture, comfortable beds with luxury linens/duvets, hypoallergenic down alternative pillows, and space to easily sleep, feed, and entertain guests while they enjoy all that New Orleans has to offer. Each bedroom is large and spacious, well appointed, and have a 55” 4K Smart TV, while the living room has a large 65” 4K Smart TV. TV's have Apple TV, Netflix, and Hulu apps preloaded, and the unit has High Speed Wi-fi throughout. Bathrooms have hand selected marble countertops, marble tile walk in showers, and the master bathroom has both a walk in shower and a modern soaking tub. The kitchen is built for a Chef; stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, flatware, drinking glasses, and wine glasses and decanters. Additional Amenities Include: Washer/Dryer/Iron; Central AC/Heat; Essential Toiletries; Towels/Washcloths; The Neighborhood: Directly across the street is a first class grocery store, Rouses, which makes any shopping or stocking up you need to do both quick and convenient. Three blocks down the street is the Caesars Superdome and Smoothie King Arena which host an array of annual major concerts, large festivals (Essence Festival, Endymion Ball, Super Bowl 2025, College Football Simi Finals and National Championships, and All-State Sugar Bowl), and of course the homes of the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans. Game day is a breeze, as you can avoid all the traffic, easily hang out and pregame in the AC, and when you are ready, saunter down the street to cheer on your preferred team. And after the game, whether happy or sad, you have only a short walk to get back to relax or make a turn and go out to celebrate. For those in town for business meetings or conventions, the CBD is all around, so a very quick walk, or short Uber/Lyft (wait time is approximately 2 min on almost all occasions), to get to any office building or the Morial Convention Center. Hyatt Regency is two blocks away. One of the greatest attractions New Orleans has to offer is a trip to the World War II Museum, which is less than a 10 minute walk away. This experience is not to be missed for anyone interested in history, but even for those that don't. The museum is THE Smithsonian museum on WWII, so if you have had a Smithsonian experience before, you will know what that means, and if you haven't, GO. If you enjoy dinning out, there are over a hundred restaurants to enjoy within easy walking distance, many of which are James Beard Award winning, and almost all of which allow you to sample the excellent culinary experience a visit to New Orleans has to offer. Nightlife entertainment opportunities abound outside of the sports complex of the Superdome/Arena, as you can enjoy musical performances at the Three Keys, Fillmore Theater, Sanger Theater, Howling Wolf, Republic, Joy Theater, Virgin Hotel, and many others, all within an easy walk or extremely fast Uber/Lyft. Outdoor concerts are regularly held at Champions Square and Lafayette Park, as well as the French Quarter Festival that takes place along the river and throughout the French Quarter. Jazz Fest is an easy uber away, and for those that enjoy taking risks and rolling the dice, the Caesars Casino is a very approachable size casino. The French Quarter is an easy to access 15 minute walk without the frustration of being right in the middle of the noise and chaos that is the French Quarter experience. Many people frequently say they enjoy being in the mix for a time, but very much enjoy not staying in it full time. So our location provides a respite from the 24 hour experience, while allowing visitors plenty of options in their immediate vicinity to still enjoy their visit. While many don't see shopping in New Orleans as the first thing they want to do, there is still some excellent boutiques and interesting treasures to be found in the local stores of the South Market District, which is directly outside our doors. Furthermore, one can enjoy a leisure day by walking the small stores and restaurants along Magazine Street in the Garden District, which is a simple and quick Uber/Lyft ride of 8 minutes or less to the starting point. The St. Charles Streetcar Line is on the corner, and the Loyola Streetcar Line is three blocks away. Across the street is a Blue Bike station, allowing anyone with a smartphone the ability to rent a bike to ride around town, with the convenience of leaving it wherever you would like when finished. Walking is often preferred, as there are numerous buildings throughout the Warehouse District worthy of a stop and look. The French Quarter, WWII Museum, Casino, Convention Center, and Riverwalk Outlet Mall are all a 10-15 min walk. If speed is a need, Uber/Lyft are but a moment away. Bottom line: our central location should make sporting events, concerts, living and working downtown, and partying in the French Quarter a super easy experience, while not compromising on luxury, security, and privacy with our controlled access, private elevator, and comfortable interior surroundings. Parking in downtown New Orleans is always in demand. If asked, I usually recommend to guests to not rent a car, if that is an option, as parking around town is hard to find and usually not free, so you might as well take advantage of our location and quick and easy Uber/Lyft access. For those that do choose to drive, our location offers a convenient, safe, and monitored parking garage directly diagonally across the street, above the CVS. The garage offers a daily rate with in and out privileges, so you can come and go as you please for one daily rate. They have security, cameras, elevators, and even offer EV charges for those with an EV. The entrance for this garage is around the corner at 650 O'Keefe Street. The garage is managed by Premium Parking and can be found on their website as garage number P-373. Most guests find this to be their preferred and safest parking option. You can alternatively park on the street and pay the meter, which also has an app that can be used "Park Mobile" but you can only do so in 3 hour increments, however, parking is free after 7:00 p.m. and all day Sundays. I am happily available to answer any additional questions you might have prior to booking, during your stay, or if you just want to let me know how it went following your time here. I am happy to help personalize your planning if you need advice or suggestions. In addition, you will find information in the unit that will help guide you around during your time in New Orleans, and hopefully make it a most pleasant experience. Mardi Gras Note (advice): If you are intending to enjoy Mardi Gras in New Orleans, I would advise you to come Thursday till at least Monday, if not also Fat Tuesday itself. There are "Super Krewes" that have parades throughout the major weekend of Mardi Gras, and those start on Thursday with Muses. Also, as Thursday still somewhat functions as a "work day" during Mardi Gras for locals, there are fewer parades to disrupt traffic flows, pedestrian traffic, etc. and getting into town, settled, and ready for the main event is just simply easier and more pleasant. Furthermore, you can wake up Friday and be ready for whatever you want to do, instead of traveling into town through all the partying and parade driven traffic that lasts into the night. Finally, staying through Monday is a must, at a minimum, as there are several GREAT parades (Bachus) on Sunday you don't want to miss, plus Orpheus on Monday evening. Tuesday is a more "traditional" and "formal" day of parades, which are in and of themselves interesting and part of New Orleans history (Zulu and Rex), but I will say they are not quite as fun as all the others through Monday, so it makes for a great day to travel home. Just my two cents of advice for those who haven't been before and want to "do it right". CSTR Permit #: 21-CSTR-13310 Operator Permit #: 22-OSTR-13686

Well worth the price! New, beautifully decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed, including a lemon juicer. They even anticipate the sound of busy Nola streets by providing sound machines in each bedroom. Property manager was wonderfully accommodating. Love this place. We’ll be back!

Outstanding experience! We came to NOLA for a weekend of football, dining, shopping and nightlife. To start the host is a wonderful communicator and provides guests with a list of local favorites. We tried several restaurants from the list within a few blocks and were not disappointed. The property is well maintained and was perfect for our group of three couples. Three full baths with over the top showers and a powder room! Wonderful towels, linens and comfy beds. The owner clearly put a lot of thought into creating high end experience based on appliances, quality of interior finishes and private elevator. If this was not enough the location is perfect. Short walks to Cesar Superdome, Harrah casino, and bourbon street but in a quiet area compared to the French Quarter. Also great grocery store right across the street. By far one of the best properties we have stayed at and our new go to in NOLA!

This was our first visit to NOLA but definitely not our last! The property was absolutely beautiful and just as described, very comfortable for three couples, as each room has an en suite bath. Everything we needed was right nearby. We especially loved having the market right across the street and everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance but far enough away to get a peaceful nights sleep. Everything about this property was top notch! From the decor, cleanliness, bed/bath linens it was so comfortable! I didn’t give 5 stars for location because we actually witnessed a car break in on the street below…. Obviously there is nothing that can be done by the landlord or anyone else to prevent it, but I would suggest parking in the garage catty corner across the street where they have security cameras. Also, we were told by the police & locals that if you have a vehicle with out-of-state plates, there is a good chance it will be broken into, so do not leave anything of value inside!!! Being on the 3rd floor & staying together with our group when going out, we felt safe, it is New Orleans tho so keep your head on a swivel. The landlord Chris was very responsive & helpful when I reached out with a ?. Everyone in our party was delighted with property & I received many kudos & high 5’s for my find! I highly recommend this property & guarantee you won’t be disappointed! Would 10/10 stay here again!
