Marianne welcomed us so kindly, even though it was quite late as our flight was delayed. She was very helpful with all the details of getting there and made sure we are okay. We only stayed one night as it was a quick stop but the room was very nice and comfy. We liked the rustic style of the hotel, in the hills only 20min drive from Florence.

It’s about 3 kilometres from Fiesole, so it’s quiet. It’s on hiking trails. the owners are always on call and so helpful. This 15th century property has been lovingly restored and is all in very good taste. You’re properly into Tuscany. It’s also not as hot as Florence. V good air conditioning.
