About this villa rental
An architect designed stone villa with superb views across the Kotor bay and the mountains beyond. The villa is flooded with light from its full height windows which open out onto either the top terrace, middle floor balcony or pool level colonnade. The bay is just 6 metres away from garden wall meaning guests have a choice of swimming in the private pool or dipping in the sea. Bedrooms are on the first and third levels while the second level offers a spacious living room with kitchen and a dramatic double height dining area. There are two terraces to the side of the villa and one to the front for lounging, dining, barbecuing and swimming. The private pool is located at the front. There is private parking for one car as well as plenty of free parking on the road side.
The main living space has stone floors, a fireplace, under-floor heating and air conditioning. There is an open plan fully equipped kitchen including a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, drinks alcove. A table for 8/10 is situated on the terrace immediately adjacent to the kitchen (at the highest terrace level) with wonderful views across the bay.
Inside, there is a lounge area with seating for 6/7 people including the following facilities; broadband Wi-Fi, smart TV and speaker. Adjacent to the seating area is a full width balcony with views across the bay and onto the pool terrace. A large dining table for 8 people is situated in a double height space next to the kitchen and lounge.
On the upper floor there are two stone clad bathrooms (one en-suite), a double bedroom with a balcony over-looking the bay and a single bedroom with sea views. Additionally there is a small lounge with two sofas and access to the balcony. There is air conditioning in the double bedroom and sitting room area. The single bedroom has a standing fan.
On the lower floor there are two stone-clad bathrooms (one en-suite). One double bedroom (with views onto the terrace and pool) and one single. Additionally there is a small sitting room with a sofa-bed and window onto the pool terrace. This floor does not have a/c as it is cooled very effectively by the colonnade.
The villa looks out across the bay and therefore perfect for boat watching and timing the day by the colour of the sunlight falling on the mountain face opposite, or star gazing in the evening. The villa is in a relatively quiet part of the village although in either direction you will find some great restaurants which tend to sit out on the bay on stone piers. The nearest is about 250m away.

Rebecca the owner was so helpful pre, during… and now post holiday to guide and support us - respond promptly over practicalities and offer travel tips etc. The housekeeper Biljisna and her husband Alex were the same. Always at the end of a text to help us navigate transport arrangements, arranged for us a great boat trip from our pier, came over quickly for minor needs like wifi after the storm. Pool was a big plus as well as sea swimming from the villa. Walking to supermarket and beach bar was really handy. Good choice of bars and restaurants; all walkeable. Highly recommended! Thanks all three of you for going above and beyond and making it such a special family holiday for us.

Lovely spacious 3 storey villa with pool.Cross the narrow road and you can take a dip in the crystal clear waters of the baySome of the best views in this area are from both of the upper floor windows and balconies, watching cruise ships and local boats on the bay is a daily treat. When darkness falls the villages across the bay light up and it looks magical. Restaurants ,small bakeries and shops are a short walk away. Everything that you need is at hand, just like a home from home. Rebecca is an amazing host who keeps in contact and can help with suggestions of local attractions and restaurants etc, and along with Alex and Biljena who are always extremely helpful and friendly, and are always at hand. I highly recommend booking this property.

We had a lovely week’s stay, the villa was clean, very spacious and was well equipped. Nice to have a pool, however it was especially great to go for a swim in the bay directly across the road from the property. Stunning views from all aspects, we enjoyed watching the cruise ships go by. Excellent communication with owner Rebecca, gave us useful information for days out. Alex organised a fantastic boat trip and we were picked up on the pier outside the villa.Would definitely recommend!

My friends and I absolutely loved staying Villa Boka. The villa was clean and spacious, easily accommodating 6 adults. Rebecca was an outstanding host making contact with a local man that took us on a wonderful private tour of the Montenegro interior. Restaurants were within easy walking distance and the Blue Line bus was easy to hop on for a trip to Kotor.
