Villa kamena is very beautiful from the exterior. The pool was really nice , well maintained and warm enough in October. The location is amazing . Walkable to old town yet far enough to have enough peace of mind . The views were amazing
Bedspreads and blankets could have been a bit more comfortable… there were only used / shared shampoo and soap bottles inside the toilets .

Everything was good for us. That is why I am rating the property as exceptional for an Asian who has a baby and my mum (knee pain). First, it is located away from the city centre, in an old town with a view, you have the most picturesque morning when you wake up and decide to drink a coffee (free with machine). Second, the accommodation has all the cooking facilities ( inc oil, soy sauce, salt etc) you need including heater, extra linens! There is also free use of washing machine . Also water pressure is very good! And finally, the host, they are helpful in a way. They let us pet their dog and their son played with mine and they let him borrow some toys! For the pool, this is good on a summer, winter and autumn is cold but even when the pool is dirty it is still a picturesque view.
Just a heads up for the others. For someone with baby, you’ll have hard time carrying strollers/luggages as the accommodation doesn’t have a lift but the host is helpful especially when you are arriving to location. You must tell taxi of exact location and name of accommodation (they either cancel or get lost with the place). I think the best floor is the ground floor ( sea view apartment) especially for people with babies or someone with knee pain.

The location was superb. Just a short walk to Kotor old town. The seaview room was spacious with facilities cook.
Nothing.

The swimming pool, size of room and kettle.
The owner booked a taxi to the airport for me.
Lack of check in details. Fortunately the wifi code was available at the door, so that we could contact the owner.
We had requested use of both the bed and sofa bed as beds, but initially there was no linen for the sofa bed. Fortunately I was able to find the owner, who lives on site, and came and made up the sofa bed.
One electric socket by the sofa bed was hanging out of the wall & another in the kitchen looked like it had previously over heated.
Due to the lack of headroom in the bathroom it is very difficult to use the shower fitting as a shower. Also take care, especially with children and older adults, as the hot water is exceedingly hot & there was no hazard warning.
