Great view, great location, facilities were just right, neat and tidy
Didn’t bother us but for some who can’t walk far may struggle with the parking situation. Parking can be found but some nights it might be 750m+ away

Location is quite and not that crowded village so do not expect much action, but for that very romantic and easy to reach other villages by bus or boat since the flat is at booth the boot and bus stops.
They do not have their own parking spot, so you have to look for the public parking spots! Which are limited since the village is small.
Try to arrive early to find spots around the area.
But you can stop at the main door, check in drop your stuff and then find a spot.
You have to a spot within the white marked areas.

Brienno is a lovely, small village on the waterfront - not too touristy. The view from the balcony over the lake is beautiful. The apartment itself is very large, over two floors, with 2 bathrooms, and the AC worked well.
Checkout at 10am is quite early and hosts not very flexible. The kitchen was equipped ok, it was a bit basic (although it did have a dishwasher!). A washing machine would have been more useful... But it was nice :)
