As you enter the unit, you're immediately greeted with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to the Gulf of Mexico with breathtaking views. Be one of the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated condo by Mint Décor. No expense was spared when decorating this condo, with an electric fireplace, quartz countertops, gray subway tile backsplash, custom artwork, and upscale decor! Enjoy 2,600 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The living room is broad enough for the whole family to lounge comfortably. The kitchen/dining room provides ample seating with seating for 8 at the dining table and seating for 6 at the new counter height bar. Stainless steel appliances and new white quartz countertops provide a beautiful environment to create a delicious seafood meal. The wet-bar and icemaker will enhance your seaside party. This unit will sleep up to 12 guests. The condo's master bedroom includes a king size bed and sitting area. Two guest rooms offer king beds, and the fourth bedroom has two full beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the panoramic views from the bedrooms as each has its own balcony and en suite bath!! The condo offers a 75” HD 3D television in the living room. Flat screen televisions are featured in all bedrooms including two with 60” sizes. The unit has a dedicated laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river while the kids spend hours enjoying the waterslide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below with beautiful sunset gulf views. You have covered parking in the garage. *Please note: The Oasis at Orange Beach, formerly known as Phoenix West II, is a smoke-free complex, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. If you’re looking for a beautiful, huge condo this I can’t recommend this unit enough! However…. The customer service is HORRIFIC. Weeks prior to check in I made it a point to ask Brett Robinson about the parking situation. The person at Brett Robinson who I was chatting with on the VRBO app made it very clear to me that the unit came with 3 parking passes and that additional ones can be purchased based on first come first serve basis. Awesome no problem! While checking in at the front desk for Phoenix West 2 the lady notified me that we had to pay $45 for every parking pass and that we were only guaranteed 2 for the unit. I told her I have messages that said 3 came with the unit and that I would be more than happy to show her. She rolled her eyes and told me to go see the lady at the Brett Robinson desk, as I did. The lady told me there was nothing she could do as whoever told me this information made a mistake and I’ll have to pay for them no matter what. “Even if we included it in the price of the condo you still would be paying for them” her exact words. After telling her that I wasn’t expecting to pay $150 up front at check in she told me “Oh well, I mean I can cancel the reservation for you if you want.” As she rolled her eyes as well. At this point I was fuming. I decided to pay for it and let it go, after coming back from the trip and voicing my concerns to Brett Robinson the only thing they basically said was “sorry about that, have a good day”

This beachfront condo offered easy access to the beach and pool which did not disappoint our two nephews! Condo was very clean, but lacked a few kitchen items that would've made cooking meals a little easier. Overall, we had a fabulous stay. If you're in search of the perfect beach getaway—you won't be disappointed!

Property is very nice the parking is next to impossible and the elevators aren’t sufficient for that many people. Waiting 30 to 45 minutes for an elevator is ridiculous in my opinion.

Beautifully updated corner gulf view condo. Catching an elevator during peak times during the day was a little challenging, but other than that we had a wonderful stay. The family liked the option of going to the beach or utilizing the pool/lazy river. The slide was a big hit with the kiddos! Unfortunately during our stay repairs were being made in parking garage creating poor air quality and leaving a fine “dust” on all vehicles.

We have 4 families with small children - accommodations were perfect. Most bed rooms were located away from kitchen/ living area which made for quiet sleeping areas for young children. Great view!

Our stay here in this unit was an absolute pleasure and turned out to be exactly as photos on line represent. The only negative was elevators. I don't recommend staying here during a busy holiday because elevators cannot keep up with a full capacity of peeps during these times. The wait time to get to and from unit was extensive. Other than that no complaints whatsoever. Beautiful, well equipped unit with a great view!

We stayed here 3 nights and we were all blown away at how nice this condo was! Perfect size and location. The balcony was our favorite part! Plenty of room and seating. If it’s in our budget, we will for sure look at this condo as our #1 choice our next trip to the Gulf!
