Nestled in Salida, this lovely condo for $325 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Located within walking distance to all downtown locations. Minutes from hiking and biking trails, spas, hot springs and shopping. All businesses have been approved by the CDPH and have appropriate distancing measures in place. Want to avoid the crowds? Takeout and curbside pickup is available at most shopping and dining locations. Come visit Salida and safely feed your soul with much needed time out of your home and into ours. This condo features an open concept first level with a half bathroom, free WiFi, large flat screen, smart TV (with cable so you can enjoy the big game!), Blu ray player and a sleeper sofa couch. If cooking is your passion you'll enjoy using our fully stocked kitchen with all of your essential cooking tools provided and complete with a dishwasher as well as a grill for your outdoor BBQ needs. Our kitchen includes complimentary coffee, teas, and much more for your convenience. Upstairs you'll find a new washer and dryer and the supplies needed to use them. Two master bedroom suites, one with a king bed and the other with two twins, both with fresh linens and bathrooms with complimentary toiletries (one walk-in shower, one bathtub). If you have a larger party consider renting the adjoining condo Unit D (Vrbo # 1766522) which also sleeps 6 and provides the same amenities but features a queen bed in place of the two twin beds. As you drift off to sleep thinking about your epic day spent in Salida, Colorado rest assured you will sleep well as each room of the house has an independent thermostat control with heat and air conditioning. This is a completely hypoallergenic home and each mattress and pillow in the condo is encased for your protection. Our condo is immaculately cleaned and disinfected using CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This luxury condo allows you to leave all your worries behind and spend all of your energy playing in one of the top destinations in the United States!

This condo is located in downtown Salida and is in easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars and the river. The unit is comfortable, set up for families, well furnished and has plenty of seating. The owners provided a lovely basket of treats and the kitchen is equipped with starter items like coffee and creamer, spices and oils. Beds are comfy and each bedroom has their own bath. There’s a cute little patio off the back but didn’t get to use it due to snow.

Property was comfortable, new, modern, immaculate and extremely well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Conveniently located in downtown area near the river park. Short walk to restaurants, shopping, neighborhood park with playground and basketball courts and the river park area. The two reserved adjacent parallel parking spots was perfect for us as we had our side-by-side on a trailer.

Our family has stayed at many condos and this was the one of the best with regard to amenities and comfort for a young family. The location was absolutely perfect with easy access to Fibark events and family fun like the Arcade and park. The first floor entry made it easy to unload and load with ample and safe parking locations. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This is a great property with many amenities and a completely accurate profile. The accommodations were very clean, instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise, and lots of attention to detail were included in the rental, from a snack box full of goodies to allergen-free laundry detergent and dryer sheets for the washer and dryer. Being so handy to downtown Salida allows the visitor to walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and other entertainment opportunities. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this property.

Modern and spacious condo for our family of five. Less than a block from F street, 3 blocks to the river and the grocery store. All the necessities in the condo plus some extras you wouldn't expect. Great communication with the host.

Excellent property, so close to downtown. Went to visit my daughter who lives in Salida. Such a beautiful property. We had a welcome basket and note welcoming us in. Would definitely book this property again.

Rented this place to be close to Monarch Mountain. Really impressed with cleanliness and details from the owners that included things like a welcome basket, coffee and other condiments one might need, to even having throw blankets to snuggle on the couch. Cute town and fun restaurants near by. Would highly recommend and would be fun to come back in the summer.

It was extremely clean, perfect location within walking distance of shops and restaurants, thoughtful coloring books and art supplies for kids, dark towels specifically for makeup removal, not to mention a big basket of snacks and goodies. Everything was well thought out and perfect for our stay.

This place was perfect for our family of four. The unit was off the street, really quiet, and around the corner from all the shops and restaurants on F Street. The unit was spacious, had great appliances, and allowed for downtime after all the adventures we did. We’re looking forward to spending another week here next summer!

This location was perfect for our family of 4 on our recent trip to ski at Monarch Mountain. Only 30 minutes from skiing and we were able to walk to get takeout since the condo was located in downtown Salida. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies making it easy to make meals. The property was well maintained and very clean. We were impressed with the welcome gift left by the hosts!

We loved the condo. It was perfect for our family and very well stocked. Looks just like the pictures and a great location. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. If you like to unpack your bags on vacation, there isn’t a dresser - just closets. This place is fantastic and we will definitely stay there again.

This is a very clean updated condo located on a quiet back street within walking distance to downtown Salida and easy access to mountain biking trails. We spent Christmas 2020 here and had a memorable vacation. You won't regret booking this condo.

We have always loved Salida, CO, but never had the opportunity to stay in old town before now. I loved this condo, aside being really cute and clean, it has a great location. Silky was extremely friendly (my husband asks way to many questions) and helpful. I wanted to stay longer.
