Love basically everything about this hotel. It's been a couple times now that I've stayed here. The staff in particular are excellent. The location in short north is also awesome.

Nice , modern , fancy in the action of downtown , a great place if you want to party in the hub of short north
Extra small room , uncomfortable bed , no fridge , closet , really felt like a minimalist closet , the cleaning crew were super loud @ 8am outside my door yapping , and the club on the rooftop was reverberating in my room ,

I liked the location in Columbus.
The room was too small for a queen size bed. It felt like a shoebox in there. Thank goodness I didn’t need to spend much time in my room. It felt claustrophobic! The bathroom was a nice size but the shower wand did not work. The shower head worked, but it was directly above and hard to use in that position. I wanted to shower without getting my hair wet, that is why I wanted to use the wand. I felt parking should be included in my charges at this hotel since my room cost well over $300 for one night. I have stayed in New York City at a much nicer hotel for less than you charged me. I won’t be staying here ever again!
