Very convenient location - could walk into the centre of town in a couple of minutes and there were lots of good restaurants and pubs. Also near the railway station, cinema and supermarket.

Bathroom is on the bijou side!

Great location for exploring Rye. Gorgeous little apartment with everything you need. Really clean and beautifully designed.

Some noise from the road and street outside, but with the window closed this was minimal.

Quaint little cottage which was well located in the centre of Rye and the owners provided excellent communication prior to our arrival with lots of information plus a contact number. It was a shame we couldn’t stay because the bathroom is downstairs and there was no information about this on their website or the Booking.com listing. Sadly, this meant it was unsuitable for us. A costly mistake for us…. The owner needs to make this very clear to avoid this issue for future guests. It did look to be very well equipped and also clean.

Downstairs bathroom made it impossible for us to stay and nowhere did it mention this in any of the details or in the website. It is on a particularly busy corner but convenient for the town and station.
