Extremely friendly staff, very smiley welcome.
Noisy air freshener in the room which woke us up but we couldn't figure out where the noise was coming from until the morning.

Very comfortable room and great location. Dinner was also great in the restaurant.
Breakfast could’ve been better, nice that it was included but not all ingredients felt fresh.

Breakfast bacon very salty and over cooked sausage not nice and coffee weak and tasteless, black pudding totally dry!
They tried too hard but did not achieve the best result, no choice on cereals just a made up dish.
Water from shower puddled under very high bath to get into and mentioned to management
