We like everything Laura showed us the room and she stocked it with some fruit and apple juices and also some milk for the coffee machine at the mini refrigerator that the rooms has . Also she welcomed us with some italian stuff snacks and bottle of wine that they make right there. The place is a great location 5 minutes away WALKING to the pienza city. You have a super maker and pharmacy also like 2 minutes WALKING, restaurants so close too.And the most important thing that cities like Montepulciano,Bagno Vignoni, Monticchiello, Montalcino they are like 15 to 20 minutes DRIVING.

The location was great, just a few minutes walk to the old town and other facilities The room was comfortable and the hosts were very hospitable and accomodating. You can do an olive oil, wine, salami and cheese tasting on site.

Our check in was a bit difficult due to à lack of Italian on our part and a lack of English from the hosts. We all made it work with Google translate.

Perfectly located—convenient, an easy place to leave your car and walk into town. Beautiful home surrounded by a real working farm. Laura, the host, was lovely and accommodated an early check-in with no hesitation.

In the heat of summer, we kept our bedroom and bathroom windows open to sleep so the air could keep moving. It would have been nice to have screens on the top part of the windows (the bottom panes were screened) so bugs couldn’t get into the room.
