The staff was attentive and genuinely eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible. My room was a delightful retreat - spacious, elegantly furnished, and spotlessly clean.
and The convenience of transportation options around the property made exploring the surrounding areas a breeze.
A special mention goes to the high standards of cleanliness throughout the property, and the robust security measures that made me feel safe and secure throughout my stay.
While my overall experience at kenz mehdia hotel was positive, I did have a slight hiccup initially. Upon checking into my room, I noticed a lack of towels and hair towels. Such basic amenities are expected, and their absence was a bit surprising.
However, I must commend the promptness of the hotel management and staff. Once I brought this to their attention, my request was quickly met, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. It's worth noting that even though there was a minor oversight, the professionalism displayed by the team in addressing it was commendable.
For future guests, I believe it's essential to communicate any concerns, as the staff is clearly willing and ready to ensure a comfortable stay.

The staff on reception, particularly Nihal and the staff in the restaurant, zakariya and his coworkers were super. We felt well looked after by them and they supported us in what we needed.
The apartment was a great view overlooking the beach. HOWEVER! It needed updating. Too far from Rabat. Cost is 200 dirhams to get into town
The amenities in the kitchen were poor. No kettle or decent cups for tea/ coffee. Very Basic toiletries. The most disappointing thing was the cleaners do not go in and clean daily although they are supposed too. The first 2 days they just left us clean towels and took the used ones. We had to tell reception to ask the cleaners to clean!!
