Love the location. Used the rooftop to hang out. Daily housekeeping.
The triple room is too small. The beds are good size but no room for luggage. They didn’t clean or change the mugs. Not sure if it is Japanese culture but they did everything but those. No seats in the lobby. AC is too hot in the room and a lot of duct at the AC.

Love the location and the rooftop. They do daily house keeping.
Triple room is too small. Beds are good size but no room for luggage. AC is not too cold. They didn’t clean the mugs. Lots of dust at the AC. No seats on the lobby.

Really central but in a quiet turning so no outside noise. The rooftop terrace would have been nice if it wasn't so hot during the day. Staff were friendly.
Our triple room was SO small - even the cabin on the overnight ferry from Busan to Fukuoka was bigger. Our room comprised a single bed over a double bed in a bunk style. We travelled very light with cabin bags only, but even these could barely fit, so no idea how people with large luggage would cope. However my companion's twin room didn't look proportionately smaller so maybe it was just not great for three people. Quite expensive in real terms compared to other accommodation we'd stayed at in Japan but it is a sought-after part of Osaka so...
