Very spacious, well decorated and well maintained apartment. Excellent location in the centre of town. The apartment was very quiet despite being in the town centre..
Two flights of stairs was not an issue for me, but may be for anyone with mobility issues.

Great location and value
Very Minor things;
Bathroom mirror light doesn’t work.
Hall lights didn’t work.
Big clock in kitchen stopped (it stopped whilst I was there and only mention this in case battery doesn’t get replaced, it’s really handy to see the clock).

The apartment is very spacious and in a great location. The fixtures and fittings would have been great when they were new but are now in need of a little tlc. I was pleasantly surprised to find laundry and ironing facilities.
We struggled to gain access to the property although we were using the correct code. The front door sticks and it is not obvious which way to turn the knob. Two flights of stairs were a challenge with our six items of baggage. The ice-box in the fridge was completely frozen over rendering it unusable. The toilet flush button was broken. One of the dining chairs had damaged laminate covering which was scratchy. The main bed was worn and saggy.
