Location near the station and town centre
Kitchen facilities all working and good
Beds comfortable
Not enough loo rolls left for a week and no reply from the contact number when I checked to see if there was a supply anywhere stored.
Bathroom soap watered down and not enough.
Side light in smaller bedroom not enough brightness to read in bed.
Flat keys and keybox ok but outside door lock was stiff and handle may have loosened.

Two sets of keys would have been desirable. There being only one key for entrance to the building in which the flat was located meant that, on safety grounds, the front door had to be left unlocked if one person remained in the flat whilst the other was out.
Also, the top step of the upper flight of stairs leading to the flat sloped downwards, presenting a significant risk of slipping.
None of the windows of the flat had any view other than to adjacent walls.
