I think we liked everything about it. It was in the right spot, just 2 minutes walk from the Town Centre, Beautiful location - narrow street, car parked on the street near by without the need for the parking discs. The house itself didn't looked so great on the outside, but it was a "jaw-drop" effect when we got in. We loved the open-plan lounge with the full kitchen, and most of all the sitting space just under the roof. Exposed beams, and low windows are just stunning. Very clean place.
Communication with the owners is preety much generic, but enough information included, about the wifi password, check-ina nd out hours, local maps and some additional info included, so I don't know if this is actually what we didn't liked :)

Very clean and exactly as described
Lack of instructions. Couldn’t work out how to get the TV to work. Lack of WiFi. Very low supply of tea and coffee.

Its location and layout
Double bed is falling apart, TV remotes didn’t work, light bulb in bedroom blown and shower saturates the bathroom floor and toilet.
No welcome pack explaining all details about the house, emergency numbers, pub recommendations, places to visit, wifi and how to work tv etc
