The key collection was sort of easy. Rooms were clean. Terrace was nice and spacious. The whole apartment was well equipped with everything needed. The location was excellent.
The lock downstairs itself was completely screwed and we were trying to unlock the doors for an hour. I was completely sure we were scammed but somehow magically one person of the group figured out how to unlock. And It stayed like that that only one person out of six adults was able to unlock the door. Very bad experience. It was not mentioned anywhere before and caused us pointless stress upon our arrival as we were also traveling with toddler. There were also some moments with cockroaches in apartment but I didn't see that as anything special in such climate and I don't know why I didn't pay that much attention to that although it is super disgusting. The door knobs were falling off in one of the toilets which was also annoying. We met other people staying in other apartment in the same building and they also were not feeling happy with the lock situation and other things as well. I'd highly recommend to at least inform your guests about such f*ck up with doors before arrival. Also we saw plenty of stores where such locks cost 30 euros or less so please figure this out.

Есть стиральная машина, но нет стирального порошка. Веранда не ухоженная , не уютная.

Locatia este intr-o zona considerata foarte buna, mare plus e comunicarea cu gazda, vreau sa o felicit pe Yasmine pentru cat de repede a raspuns de fiecare data. Terasele, numarul mari de bai si zonele comunice sunt un mare plus pentru grupuri mai mari. Wi-fi-ul functiona bine.
Curatenia cand am ajuns putea fi mai buna dar am transmis feedback-ul gazdei si a adresat repede problema.
