I would stay here again but next time I would call the property the day before and day of arrival

Most of the staff was polite and professional, the location was great, the safety flow of the area was the best. The layout of condos was good.

I was really disappointed with the reservations lady that works for the property. She left work that day without confirming our stay (and another guest) with lobby/staff personnel and so they were not expecting us, i had to pay cash (a hundred and fourty dolllars) for the first night again because reservations lady had gone home for the day; even though i had already paid via travel site. I had to go back to lobby/office the following day to sort that out and try to get my cash back which i did. I also had to make sure they were aware of any keys or remotes i did/didn’t get so that i wouldn't be charged for it like my surprise cash fee for the 1st night. Other than that 1st day disappointment, it was a good stay.

I probably wouldn’t stay again.

rooms were large but I was glad I got an ocean view room for view vs courtyard as it was a bit dark. no amenities at hotel but pool. no beach access.

reception was only open m-f 10-6 so if you needed anything or had questions, reception closed. the security guys were great but didn’t speak a lot of English. I arrived on Monday -a holiday and only security guy to give me key but didn’t know about anything else-no remotes, pool towels, Internet info. I thought that on Tuesday at 10, reception should have come to room snd explained all amenities as no instructions in room.

pictures do not look the same view of the dirt road with cats hanging out on patio no remotes provided the first night including a/c, tv or safety deposit no instructions on where pool or any other amenities no water or dish soap or paper towels in kitchen just had a really depressing motel feel with lights that remind me of a hospital surgical room

We will go directly to the sites for reservations. We went to Sayulita and Yelapa most enjoyable!

This Hotel/apartment wasn't what the website looked like. I wanted to change our room, but couldn't because we booked through Booking. com. It was a place to hang our hat. The bed was decent. Not bad to walk to places.

The refrigerator should have been already turned on. The microwave lights/timer didn't work. The shower light didn't work, the bedroom table lamps need to be replaced the switches aren't working safely. The fan in the living area pulls broke off in our hand. The drape to blocked out the incredibly bright street light needs to be a blackout drape. We had to ask for more toilet paper and to have our filtered water bottle to be replaced.

I love Puerto Vallarta, this was my first time at one beach street and I was not disappointed.

Great location. Good size apartment. Full kitchen. Nice balcony. The 24 hour Security staff are really nice and friendly.

The below comments relate to the specific condo we rented. I believe they are individually owrred, so each condo will be outfitted differently. Kitchen Counter particle board was literally crumbling on the floor. The apartment was not clean. Floors were very dirty. Shower stall leaked water on the bathroom floor. sofa needs replacing. Condo was damp/humid.

Short break in the beach.

If you desire to be close to the beach, bars, discos, restaurants, cafes in an adequate lodging it is ok.

The two ceiling fans very slow, the building somewhat old and run down.

Fantastic location and rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Location was perfect, right on the beach and close walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Pool was great and quiet if you prefer not to be on the beach.

Although the room was spacious and comfortable, i was street level at the front of the building and would have preferred to not have been.

very disappointing!

great location

I rented a room with an ocean view but had to lean over the patio rail to see a slice of the ocean. some days I didn’t feel like room service but the maid would come in anyway. once while I was changing my clothes. I also made ocean front reservations for 2022 and they cancel on me for no reason and I’m nor hearing back from anyone about a replacement room even after leaving messages about what happened to my reservation.

Little family, great stay! Would come back again!

Perfect spot for five days over the Holiday with my family. The hotel has some "weird" rules but I'm guessing they've had some issues in the past. Very helpful scheduling departing COVID tests! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Pool towels on the small size. Make sure to bring the basics. There's no coffee available, for example.

Superb

The reception was super strict. At first they weren’t gng to allow us to stay since we exceeded the capacity. At the other hotel we stayed kids under 2 didn’t count. Then I told the reception that I had no problem at other places and she decided to call her superior. Thanks to her superior we stayed with no problem. I was unhappy at the beginning. We were gng to go else where but at the end they fixed the issue.

Location had good access to beach.Finding check in when we arrived was difficult.

Booked a room that was supposed to be full ocean view.However room was at ground level overlooking pool area and the back of a building across the street.If we walked to corner of pool,we saw a partial ocean view.

Very spacious, nicely decorated apartments. Helpful, nice staff. Quiet at night but in the central part of Zona Romantica.

The pool is a little small. The hotel doesn't have an assigned beach space with chairs but it is a few steps from the beach.

Amazing location and friendly staff, everything else can be improved upon.

The staff was absolutely great, friendly and made every effort to make the stay pleasant. The location cannot be beat; directly across from the beach, walking distance to a little pharmacy and supermarket/bodega, several great bars and good restaurants.

This isn't really a "hotel" per se. Even budget locations have more amenities (not even coffee) to be found on the property. The worst part about the room was the bed, which felt like a double walled cardboard box on concrete. Further, the A/C unit was only in the bedroom, so it was super difficult to keep the rest of the suite to an acceptable temperature, which also meant that the bedroom area was downright freezing.
