air condition was not working in main bedroom but they let me keep my luggage before flight so very good

Location was wonderful, right on the beach. Facilities were very quiet....perfect for no -partiers
Despite having a Book.com confirmation number, facilities had no idea who we were and had no record of us arriving. This was 10pm at night after flying all day. Paid a very premium price to be oceanfront which we only had for a few days, then were told we had to move to a ground level street accommodation 2/3 the way through the holiday.
No safes in rooms, Despite it being listed online.

Breathtaking views of the ocean in a spacious quiet street. Proximity to restaurants, shops and the Malecon.
Facilities represent the typical Mexican charm of large rooms and open space with nice decor. Customer service was excellent and I will visit again.

rooms were large but I was glad I got an ocean view room for view vs courtyard as it was a bit dark. no amenities at hotel but pool. no beach access.
reception was only open m-f 10-6 so if you needed anything or had questions, reception closed. the security guys were great but didn’t speak a lot of English. I arrived on Monday -a holiday and only security guy to give me key but didn’t know about anything else-no remotes, pool towels, Internet info. I thought that on Tuesday at 10, reception should have come to room snd explained all amenities as no instructions in room.
