We ended up in the top floor apartment which was spacious for just the two of us. The apartment was fully equipped with everything one needs to live there. We could do our own cooking and wash our clothes which was nice.
We came a little early and stored our bags in the office. When we returned Ali had carried our bags all the way to the top. Yes, it's a 4-story walk-up. Good exercise !
Bed was comfortable. View great. Pretty quiet for being in the middle of everything.
We enjoyed our stay. Nothing to complain about.
Just be aware that the neighborhood changes a bit after dark.

Good location.
Really good value for money.
The room was big.
Cleaning service. We found super dirty air filter for the bathroom air flow (but it has been cleaned after I pointed out twice, at least superficially). We also found dirty plates. Also below the bed and on the furniture it was really dusty.
