Excellent localization, convenient apartment in a calm sector of Maspalomas. Basic equipment, standard kitchen with full size fridge. Walking distance to all highlights of Maspalomas.

Quite weak power fuse, if you use the kithen and air condition at the same time.

Staff really helpful and spoke good English excellent location close to the beach,shops and bars and bus station. Apartment was clean but had what we needed the shower was on the side small about 760mm sq and with a lever tap in position that you could turn off accidentally if you moved The view was lovely from the balcony it was a sea view but not the front set of apartments so look over and between them you can hear the waves crashing The pool and lounging area wasn't massive but it was never full and with being so close to the beach it's really good for showering off before going in rather than using the public ones less than 100m away at the edge of the beach Really enjoyed it and loved it's location and view we've stayed in a few places in the area and this was the best so far not a Palace but good value

The only thing good about the place is the location - very close to the beach and restaurants. Does it overweight the rest? Not sure.

The place needs updating. Shower is not just small - it's tiny. furniture is dated. Floors cannot be cleaned well as they are old. WIFI is not working even though it's listed among amenities: I spent 30 euro to buy subscription and it's so slow that even reading emails is not possible. I had to use mobile internet. No sound proof, hence noisy.

Very good location near the beach and amenities.

Bedroom, additional pillows would have been appreciated. Balcony furniture was old with damage chairs that catch your clothes or skin There was only 1 lounge bed although we were 2 people staying.

Location very good Extremely clean Nice quiet garden with reclining beds.

WiFi was not included. I was surprised as it’s included in so many other places. Cooking equipment was just about adequate.

Have stayed here before and this time the beds had been upgraded and were very comfortable. We had an apartment with a great sea view and the apartment was regularly cleaned. Also it’s in a great location, easy access to beach and restaurants.

The location was perfect, close to bus station and restaurants, and 30 seconds away from the beach. The apartment had a great sea view.

I would have preferred the option of a double bed, rather than two singles. The shower was also very small.
