I like the convenience to the beach. The pools were clean. The room was cute and comfortable.
The elevators were hard to get on.

As always LOCATION!! It’s right on the beach with vast ocean views and a private balcony! All the amenities clean & working! Bikini Bobs food was great as usual although the staff were very rude this trip! The door code was great! No cards to have to keep up with!
Let me just say that this unit was NOT booked through Summit! The elevators are still a huge problem!!! This particular unit doesn’t have a welcoming relaxing beach feel at all! It could use a few updates in every room , a keurig for coffee & update furniture ( glass top tables are definitely NOT kid friendly). The fact that the unit was not the cleanest, beds were not comfortable, the bunk sheets still having sand on them from the previous people, having to provide our own toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dish / dishwasher soap (after the very small start-up package was used ) the wash cloths & bath towels weren’t replaced plus be expected to leave the condo as clean as check in while paying a $169.68 cleaning fee was very irritating! What is the cleaning fee used for? People are on VACATION & want to RELAX & have FUN! NOT clean the condo, strip the beds, wash the dishes, etc! If I wanted to do all of that I would have just stayed home! Last but not least.. the cleaning people were standing outside the door at 9 and rushed us to get out when check out wasn’t til 10!!!!

Nice little set up. Perfect for what we needed.
You couldnt have the slider open to enjoy the sound of waves at all as the smell of cigarette and pot smoke was extremely prevalent. It was spring break so the noise level was extremely high and middle of the night parties kept happening and waking us up. Also run the water for a little bit to get sediment out.
