Location and secure parking.
Bed was too firm for my comfort. Pool wasn’t clean so we didn’t swim in it. Water was cloudy. Hotel should state restaurant hours. After a long day of driving we still had to go out again to find a meal to eat.

this is a pet friendly hotel in a part of the state with not many places to stay. we have stayed there twice and both times this hotel met our needs and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is well cared for and has a nice pool/ garden area.
There are only a few restaurant options within walking distance, but that doesn't reflect on the hotel operation, just a little less convenient.

Nice lobby. Good food.
Bad smell from drain. Internet didnt work. Parking gate didn't work on exit..took 3 trips to office to finally get out.
