Location and parking was good. Staff was great and hotel was clean.
Air conditioner is controlled by computer by reception. When we got to our room it was extremely hot. Called receptionist and they turned it on but we had to leave. When we got back at 1 am our room was even hotter. Went down to reception and was offered another room but no rooms available like the one I reserved which is why I got this hotel. Had no choice but to go to another room and another floor. Was not offered a discount for the inconvenience
