Very accommodating staff and easy transaction. I loved the infinity pool! 10/10
Also, they put an effort to my partner’s request to put something to celebrate our anniversary.
Disappointing wifi connection. Although they sent someone to fix it, it was fixed for a short period of time then it was gone again. Just tired to call them again to fix it.

The wonderful view from the infinity pool on the rooftop is mainly what sets this hotel apart from other properties in Alabang. The room was spacious and they have some of the nicest hotel staff I’ve met recently.
heard traffic noise from the streets below past 12 midnight even when my room was on the 12th floor… wifi didn’t work well during my stay while hot water in the shower wasn’t hot enough for me

As usual the location, the pool and the hotel itself in general
We are a returned guests for the nth time. But this time we are so disappointed with your front desk staff named JV. We are requesting for another key because me and my companion have different schedule and ways to catch up with but he refused unpolitely and said only 1 key must be issued. Its the first time that this happened to us because since our first visit and stay in this hotel wayback we have been issued 2 card keys and no problem at all.
You should Protect the image of this hotel from this kind of staff.
