The staff were so friendly, we also have a free birthday cake. Thought the facilities are kinda old already.

We came at non-peak season (January) and it felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. Staff were amazing and helfpul every single moment. Very spacious room and great amenities. Close to Asiana Hospital (Free Hotel Shuttle) and close to the malls (free Hotel Shuttles as well).

I have never been to a hotel without a microwave in the room. Everything looks nice a pretty until you start paying attention to details. Room doors don’t fit right, tile work not even, wood floors squeak terribly. Even the front desks are terrible quality with glass thrown around in an attempt to impress.

Very much enjoyed our stay. We consider Crimson because of proximity to Festival Mall. But the price was double at Crimson. Bellvue also improved on their Gym facility which was a plus for my brother and I.

It was nicely located and staff was great. Every one there was very nice. Has a nice pool upstairs on the roof the we used. AC did not work very well in the room and the room felt a little dingy. But the hotel is very nice overall. Just compared to other hotels in Manila there are definitely better options.

i cannot recall ever being so disappointed by a stay anyhere. first off, this is NOT a 5 star hotel. Not by any stretch of the imagination.Let me qualify this by stating I have stayed in the Crimson, Acacia and Shangri La Makati. All of whiich are head and shoulders above this place. The only thing it has going for it is the gym , which is first class ,and the location, which is in a thankfully unpolluted area just outside of Manila (Alabang).Upon check in ,no info was given about anything really. 5 days into my stay i found out there was a free shuttle to Festival Mall and Asian hospital - i had been walking there. My original room which was a business deluxe room was a joke! Small , dark and dirty. NO info about anything tgo do with the hotel anywhere in the room , and overlooking some wasteland. I didnt fit in the shower. There was no way this was a room f a 5 star hotel. I discussed it with the guy on reception who offered to upgrade me , for an extra 1000 PHP per night! I'm not sure why i should have to pay extra when i was under the impression what i had booked would not be of such a low standard. The new room was bigger and better (ask to be put in the Tower Wing) , but in need of TLC. Room service woudl forget to put toilet roll in the bathroom and twice left me without a bath robe.Constant knock on my door. Never ending piano muzak on repeat in the lobby and restaurant.Breakfast was dreadful. 320 php for dbl espresso-more expensive than London! Avoid at all costs !

Nice hotel. Vue bar is the best part of this hotel. Rooms are fine and gym is good. Pool OK. Buffet is slightly above average. Convenient. Shuttle service is spotty. Overall an average 4 star

The wing I stayed on was very old and outdated. Hallways and room was very dark. Didn't have smart tv.

It was good. The food areas were great. On the other hand, toilet was dirty due to running water and broken toilet which was fixed. Also the pool has mold and algae growing as it needed chemicals.

Strange one this. I live in Ph and have stayed in all the main hotels in manila and alabang. Of course this hotel is very nice, there is a reason they are classed 5 star or nearly. But with so many good ones available you have to look at the finer touches. It is not a bad hotel. Great condition, looks nice, room and bed very comfortable. Parking great, location ok if visiting the area for the close businesses. Night time entertainment had a band playing in the vue bar / restaurant and they were spot on, so much so i'd consider them for our work xmas party but the food menu was limited and quality served was very average. But ... Mini bar was empty which was a surprise for this level. Particularly when you pay a deposit for incidentals and then get asked about consumption on check out?? Huh? Overhead shower had never been cleaned so all the jets were blocked which made for a very ineffective method so had revert to the wall mounted positioned for 10 year olds. Have to say I wouldn't stay again, Crimson is the better option

It was a great stay - The room and facilities were awesome and the staff very kind in their many services. The only complaint I have is I called the front desk five times and never once received an answer?!? ( Guest services answered every time but front desk, never?! )

It was fantastic. Realising that I had a long and tiring flight plus road journey to the hotel, the receptionist at the hotel was so understanding to allocate the room before the check in time, for me to have a good rest. Very caring of her. Moreover, she upgraded my room to one that is spacious and comfortable. I must acknowledge that the staff there are caring, courteous and professional. It was a pleasant and enjoyable experience staying at the Bellevue.

Managed to make a last minute booking which still offered 30% discount for the deluxe room. We were checked in a room at the Main Wing which was big enough. Had a really good sleep with its king size bed and dim lightings. Just not happy with the low pressure shower and tight booth. I find the attendants at the pool bars to be slack. On the other hand the front desk staff are very friendly and warm during check-in and out. The parking is also very tight and dark compared to other hotels in the area.
