A stunning place to step out of the busy world and just slow down in paradise. The staff were amazing and accommodating to our family. The sea is calm and you can snorkel off the beach. You can kayak out to an island where there is great snorkeling with loads of different fish.
One of the real stand out moments was the herd of water buffalo that came swimming by in the sea!
There is no Aircon, but this added to the charm as we slept with the sea breeze going through our chalet.
There are some stray dogs and cats that made our kids feel a bit uneasy, but they didn't bother us at all.

Delightful few nights in this remote property. Great to be in the peace of nature. Very clean and well maintained!
Wish we had known we could not charge phones or power bank - made it hard to organise next leg but staff organised to charge equipment in village. Food and beers very expensive for Malaysia and you are a captive market. But, food was tasty and plentiful

The location is spectacular. You cannot be closer to the ocean without being on a boat. The chalet was clean but very basic. The resort is solar powered so weather dependent. I suggest taking a torch. And plenty of mozzie protection. There is only internet at various spots on the beach which suited us perfectly as we wanted to cut off from the world. The food was excellent, comprising a set menu of rice with fish, chicken, beef, and local veg. We opted for breakfast and dinners only. Drinks limited to water, tea or coffee and off-cold beer. We hired a double kayak which was in wxcellent condition but recommend taking your own snorkeling gear.
