EVERY HOME, EVERY TIME In a NOLA LUX home, you'll always find our bathrooms stocked with a starter set of everything you need to get squeaky clean including (but not only) shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Kick start each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We've even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from. NOLA LUX homes are immaculate and well maintained by professionals who clean and sanitize between every guest using the highest standards in the industry. GENERAL INFORMATION The following details are important but aren't specific to this particular unit and apply to all reservations made at a NOLA LUX property. WE RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We're here to help if you have any questions! HOUSE RULES These are all no brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious: - NO SMOKING - No gatherings greater than the approved occupants - No rearranging furniture please - Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM strictly enforced MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Contact us for details. **We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.** SECURITY CAMERAS Security cameras are in all common spaces of the building, but no worries, no cameras inside any of the homes. We do also have internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and decibel levels. GUEST REGISTRATION After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID (excluding Airbnb bookings).Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed to you thirty days before your arrival date. OPTIONAL FEES The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for: - $75 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within three days of arrival) - $75 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within three days of arrival) - $25 per night single rollaway bed rental (includes all necessary bedding) - $25 per night crib rental (includes all necessary bedding) SUPPLY STARTER KIT No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay. The kit includes: three rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, dishwashing liquid, ~12 coffee pods per bedroom count, creamer, sweetener, salt/pepper, olive oil, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soap bar, lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. *bathroom setups included in powder baths* PARKING While we do not have any long-term parking on-site, there are countless parking options that we would be happy to provide more information on. Thankfully our location is optimal for walking (or short Uber/Lyft ride) experiences for guests of all ages. This place is great! Location, decor, hosts…all of it! We were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted. Tons of shops, restaurants/bars, and grocery stores close by. A must-stay if coming to NOLA.

Absolutely loved this space! Loved the decor, and we felt right at home from the moment we walked inside. We love staying outside of the French Quarter because there is so much to explore in the rest of the city, and the proximity of this property to Magazine Street + the riverwalk was so ideal!

The place was lovely. The area is quiet but withing walking distance to many great shops, tourist attractions,and restaurants. The Bacchus was exactly as described and pictured. Love the morning coffee provided, we sat on the balcony in the New Orleans morning air and enjoyed the view. Communication was prompt, friendly and helpful.

Condo offers numerous amenities for travelers including an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, and large balcony for entertaining. Location provides easy access to many of the city's tourist areas. Safe walking distance to the French Quarter as well. A small bakery and crepe storefront is right across the street and a delicious restaurant is housed on the street level of the building. Manager of condo answered texts very quickly and efficiently. Do not hesitate to book this unit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was wonderful and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and clean and the gallery/balcony was perfect for relaxing. From the moment we arrived, it felt special. From the personalized letter to the chip, drinks, and chilled mugs, they went above and beyond. We would absolutely stay here again. Can't recommend enough.
