It was in a good location and away from the busy touristy sites. Close to Arsanale stop. The bed was very comfortable.

I came for the Venice Biennale and Renato's place is just a few minutes' walk from the Arsenale and within 10 minutes of Giardini. It was a large room, and Renato was painstaking in explaining how everything works. It was at the end of a non-busy passageway, with plenty of restaurants and other places to go, eat, and be.

the location is great, i walked everywhere. I was there for the bienal it was really easy to find the way. Renato is friendly. To be honest i was a little bit nervous to stay someone's house as a solo traveler, however it was safe enough.
I think price is a little bit too much comparing the facilities.

Close to major attractions and a good price
The owner lives in the house. I was not made aware of this so it was quite uncomfortable at times.
