over all the property was nice and spacious, good location too

there was a lot of interior design faults unfortunately. there was mould in the bathroom on the ceiling and around the bath/shower. paint on the ceiling is flaking off in the kitchen and the garden looks like it needs a deep clean, the arch over the patio was covered in dirt and cobwebs. a shame really it had potential

Location and fact that the property is child and pet friendly with a small garden. The apartment is well-appointed and suitable for a small family group, with one or two children using the sofa bed (but note there is no cot available for babies and infants). The availability of a residents parking permit is a relatively cheap option for parking in Bristol.

Damp smell and feel on arrival. As a basement it needs to be aired or to have heating on when when it is raining. Also the outside and front entrance are rather scruffy with weeds on the steps and a puddle just outside the front door. The lack of attention to detail means that information is not easily available and actionable by guests on arrival (location of spare keys, wifi, TV). No coffee pot. These points have been raised with the owners so hopefully they will have been addressed by the time new bookings are made.

we couldn’t find the duvet for the sofa bed, asked where it was and was told there wasn’t one. we later found it under the sofa on the morning we left!

spacious and modern. you can access the back garden easily and that was nice.

Footsteps from the ceiling, because the flat is in the basement/bottom. so, anytime someone walks or do something you can hear every sounds but overall the place is great but shame about the loud sounds from upstairs (not the people) just the ceiling property.

spacious, good location( except for parking) nice decor, good heating, good facilities although we didnt use many as only one night.

sofa bed was awkward- didnt put together properly - maybe a few instructions? Back yard had scaffolding/ builders stuff but realise work was in progress maybe prior warnimg?

lovely furnishings clean spacious modern had everything we needed e.g iron and hairdryer great location great check in and out good value for money good kitchen facilities

sewage smell in the back garden bathroom a bit small and low bed was quite small, not a problem for us but may be for other guests the noise from upstairs was loud we could hear them walking and talking

No extra linen as stated. Phone number was not connecting when I called. Emailed to ask no reply until the next day. Had to use blanket off sofa. Not representing the photo. Very damp and cold on a summer day. I would recommend and left a day early. They emailed in advance to say hob wasn't working I asked for some money off. Zero reply
