After reading the negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive but shouldn’t have been, it was a great stay for our family of 4. The studio was as advertised and the sofa bed was made up for our kids. The room had everything we needed, everything worked and the location you can’t beat (for Clifton village). Yes, parking can be a bit tricky here but we know the area and you can always find street parking for a fee. We also stayed Saturday night, so paid the premium but would still recommend and return. Think the main takeaway from other people’s negative reviews is the checking process, but if you check in online as requested, you receive your entry codes for both doors prior to arriving and that’s all you need. We booked 24 hours prior and had no problems

The room was very well furnished and contained everything you might need for your stay. The location for Clifton Village is perfect. The only downside was that bedding was very warm at night.

The location for us was excellent. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Apartment was clean, the kitchen area was well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. However, the overall layout of the property was very poorly designed. The TV was on a wall that did not allow easy viewing for the room - you had to be in bed to watch it fully. The bathroom was one big wet room and as there were three of us sharing this made it difficult to shower as the whole room was wet for other guests who followed afterwards, Plenty of room for a shower cubicle so why wasn't there one. Also, the sink was tiny. Finally, the main table was made stable by cardboard piece being inserted under the legs - not impressed!
