Served the purpose of our visit - nice apartment

The property was in a good location for our needs. It was quiet & in good condition, with good facilities.

The permit parking was a bit of a negative - I know it is not the properties fault but some assistance with this could be considered ? Especially when trying to vacate the property on time - eg having to walk to get car then having to return to property to load up car etc & being threaten with a fine if vacating was delayed . also we had an issue finding the property partly due to the rubbish bins being left in street covering the property name sign !! Maybe move the sign to another wall to stop this happening ? See photo attached !

Fabulous, quiet and spacious flat in a beautiful area near to lots of lovely cafes and restaurants. Cool in the heatwave and very good communication from Hopewell too. We would love to return!

The property was in a good location for our needs. It was quiet & in good condition, with good facilities.
