The cleaning and kitchen staff. Every single person was so helpful. Although coffee was no longer being served, a very nice woman went to the kitchen and asked someone to assist and brew a cup of coffee. I did not get their names, but they are to be commended!
The reservation process was confusing. Booked with booking.com and to add a day had to call direct. Despite calling and confirming ALL details in May and again the day before arrival so my daughter could check in ahead of me, when she arrived the reservation could not be found initially. Apparently, the Manager needed to be present. This WAS stressful!

Great location, clean and up to date facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable.
For the price breakfast should be included with the room price.

The room over all was nice. The front desk staff was welcoming.
Some lights in the room didn't work. The maids knocked on the door an hour early, and every 5 minutes after until check out. Ridiculous. The bar which was expensive, had no drink menu? The bar tender made zero suggestions. Was not overly friendly, just nice. If I'm paying Hyatt prices, I should have Hyatt service.
