The day staff was excellent, professional, friendly and responsive to my needs. The lobby area was well kept.
I had to remain in my room during the morning due to some work I was doing. I left the cleaning staff know they could clean the room a little later. They never bothered to return. No trash emptied, no dirty towels removed and the bed remained undone. Also, the night crew let the trash can in the lobby area get to full and no one bothered to empty it. The overnight crew just did not appear to be as conscientious as the day crew.

I liked that they were professional and personable, even though they had just spent 6 hours with their systems down nationwide.

We stayed 3 nights, most expensive in the area. No breakfast included and they didn’t clean room each day. Had to ask them to clean it.
