Clean, comfortable, good value for the money spent.

Staff was very nice, the room was roomy and clean and nicely updated. Beds were comfortable. They had a good selection of snacks which we appreciated after getting in late after a road trip! The breakfast was also great - good variety and food was tasty!

We went to the pool area shortly after it opened. The door still had the "closed" sign up but we could enter with our key. We checked with the front desk staff just to confirm it was open before we entered. There was a bunch of trash presumably left over from the evening before. We alerted the front desk staff, and they cleaned it quickly. The water also looked a little murky so we were a bit nervous to get in but we didn't get a rash or anything so it was probably fine!

Breakfast was good, it wasn't just bagels and bread. lots of fruit, yogurts, eggs, oatmeal

the coffee maker in the room didn't work

Very disappointed.

Room was hot, AC did not work, waited 45 minutes for someone to come fix it, tv did not work. Finally left and went down the street to another hotel.

hotel was booked completely, so staff was very busy, but maintained professionalism and was very courteous

staff was very nice, room size was a good fit for family of 4 adults. would book again

we liked the property but had to have maintenance in our room, twice. light did not work in bathroom.

Exceptional

The room was extremely clean! The staff was so helpful. I didn't find what I was looking for in their convenience area, so I asked the front desk if they had an emergency item I needed. They said absolutely and asked how many I needed. Springhill also had one of the best continental breakfasts I have ever had a hotel, and my whole party agreed!

The room was spacious, good breakfast options.

First thing you noticed while walking up the the property was the lingering “skunk” smell (if you know, you know). While the room was spacious, the beds were absolutely terrible. Both beds in our room were so broken down they were not comfortable at all— very sore backs from the whole family all weekend. The pullout couch was also very worn down. The pool was terribly small, pictures were very deceiving and there were never towels in the pool area.

We had so much fun ;)

Breakfast was amazing. Pool was amazing.

For some reason they put my boyfriend and I on the floor where they were keeping an entire youth hockey team. And their parents were letting their children scream and run up and down the hall. Nothing really on the hotel except putting us there.

Location and accommodations were great!

The room configuration was great. Clean and comfortable. Great for family travel.

The staff acted as though it was an inconvenience to have to assist us.

I'd stay here again if I'm not given the room right next to the lobby.

Location was perfect and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

I was given the room right next to the lobby. It was noisy. Booking.com showed the option of having a bath tub. I requested this specifically. Upon check-in I was told the type of room I requested was not available with a bathtub. The bathroom was really cold!
