The staff is super super friendly! We where visiting with our son of 2. The staff made us feel welcome and looked after. They really make the experience of the stay super. The breakfast is really nice !
We liked most of it, maybe a personal check ij would be nice (there is no reception) but not a big deal for us. All arranged very well.

The location was amazing - mountain views all around. Our room was better than expected: we had a fridge. The bed was excellent - we both slept soundly. Breakfast was superb. The eggs and bacon are highly recommended. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though they spoke no English and we have minimal Spanish - Google translate came into its own! We had an excellent lunch time meal at the Casa Benigna in Sobrefoz. If you do the Ruta del Valle de Ponga circular walk you can extend it to Sobrefoz.
Everything that reviewers day about the Meson el Arcediano unfortunately proved to be true.

Parking, room, breakfast
Access, we had no info on the electronic access, we were earlier than anticipated because of poor weather. This lead to 15 mins of confusion as we had no code. In addition we only found our key fob by accident.
