The Rose room was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is shared so the cleaning depended upon the guests staying at the time.
It is a bed and breakfast, but the breakfast is self serve. I thought the hostess would be cooking the breakfast when I booked. We ended up paying $10 each for breakfast at their “sister” property around the corner.

We stayed in the cottage, not the main house. Not having a television was my biggest issue.

I loved how easy it was to book, I loved that I got a text with great details with very clear instructions.
The property was big and even with other guests staying there in other areas it did not feel cramped. The home is really great and they had water and other small items available which was helpful due to the late timing we arrived and the stores were all closed. I would most definetly would stay again and I am already planning on it.
I have not input for this question. I had zero complaints.

Wonderful place to stay after a sunset in Cathedral Gorge State Park. Very comfortable and in the fridge everything you need for a good breakfast.
