The villa is located 300 metres above sea level in the Salobre Golf golf course with views of the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect place, just a few minutes' drive from the beautiful golden sand beaches of the south of the island.

The two-storey villa is modern and decorated with beautiful design elements. Upstairs there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 double bedroom, access to the terrace and 1 bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen. In the basement there is 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bathroom with shower. The house is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, safe, air conditioning, unlimited Internet access (WiFi), satellite TV and DVD player.



The bedroom located in the semi-basement opens for bookings of 7 people; for bookings of fewer people, if you wish to make use of this fourth bedroom, its hire is necessary at an additional cost.



The outdoor area



In the outdoor area, it is wonderful to relax in the sun with a view of the golf course. The outdoor area has a terrace, covered terrace, dining area, sun loungers, garden, parking and private pool (3 m x 5 m / 1.5 m) with electric pool heating (extra cost)



IMPORTANT NOTICE: for the past few months, construction of a new villa complex has begun behind the Golfers complex. Work on the site with heavy machinery should be completed by December 2022, although there may be temporary obstacles that cause delays. DISCOUNT: For this reason, a discount is applied on weekdays.

The complex also has a Sheraton hotel, restaurants and a supermarket.
