the breakfast was good and wholesome ,the staff were corteous and very helpful arranging taxis and hire cars for our trips around denpasar and to ketawek ,also arranging power adaptors phones and computers. air conditioner, was not working on the keypad and was repaired in 3 hours , very good air conditioning .
no issues ,some minor maintenance need to be done with leaking toilet ,just needed adjustment or seals

The staff are so friendly and supportive. I had low pressure shower and not hot water . They got it fixed within 15 minutes .

Great location, next door to a shop and within walking distance to bars, cafes, restaurants and shops.
The room was a great size, containing everything I needed for my stay
Staff were very friendly and welcoming
The rooftop pool was lovely and a nice ambience was set each evening
It is very dated and could do with repairs. It could have been cleaned better.
