A wonderful stay

The manager Uditha was so helpful and friendly, he is the most important asset of this nice hotel. We had a wonderful experience thanks to him. The room and the view was perfect and the food was delicious.

Best place to stay in Kandy

The location is fantastic and the staff support is super. The food is too good. Definitely spending your time here is worth it. It was one of our peak moments of our tour in Sri Lankan. If you are planning to enjoy the beauty of Kandy staying a little bit far from the city crowds this is the place you should pick. We will definitely do it again on our next visit.

Great location, in-house restaurant and staff

Location is great, with a beautiful view of hills and the city. Their restaurant serves very good food, both Sri Lankan and continental cuisine. Staff is very professional and polite. Mr. Jayaneti was at the reception and took great care of us all.

Nice and cozy stay under the big economical pressure

Very interesting hotel on a top of a steep hill (don't choose it if you are afraid of steep narrow roads). It's a five-story building built into a rock with a pool over the parking and the restaurant and terrace on the very top of it. It's a bit cooler than the Kandy valley down there. The staff was very helpful despite that we were the only visitors in the hotel.

They are very helpful and warm people doing their best to let you feel great. It was quite sad to hear from them that they are not sure how long they will be able to operate under such pressure. It's a dead loop - the country lacks money, this causes the crisis, tourists are afraid of the crisis, they don't come and thus the businesses here don't get any more money. We broke this loop with two kids (6 and 9) so you can do this too. Don't be afraid to travel to Sri Lanka - it's a great place.

Amazing!

This hotel is amazing, top class, modern facilities for such a good price. The staff were so kind and helped us with everything we needed during the power cuts and government curfew. The food was very good, the balcony huge and the views absolutely incredible. The nicest place we have stayed in Sri Lanka

This property is quite far out of Kandy but worth it for the amazing views!

Overall ok, but the room is very small

Western style hotel, nice wooden furnitures (bed, wardrobe, desk). Bottle of welcome water in the room, also having kettle in the room with pre-preaperd tea bags. Beautiful view from the hotel, nice big terrace. Rich & deliscious breakfast (omlette, fruit salad, jam, bread). Dinner is also deliscious. Nice little pool. Wifi nicely working in the room + pool area (not working in the reataurant/terrace area)

Pool water a bit cold compared to other hotels that we tried in Sri Lanka. The room was nice looking but there were many anta in the bathroom. (picture attached) Television in the room was not working - or we couldnt figure out how to make it work: would be great to have a description in the room about the usage.

Highly overrated

The location of the hotel

1. The size of the bathroom is very small and very difficult. 2. They are converting the dollars to lkr with a high parity rate. When I checked out from the hotel the dollar rate as per the central government of Sri Lanka is 201lkr per usd, but they have issued the bill with 220 lkr per usd which is highly unacceptable.

Grrat views in a confortable place with friendly staff

Beautiful setting in the hills but yet close to Kandy and Peradeniya. Niroshan and his colleagues are very friendly, flexible amf servicr-minded. We could have breakfast on a big terrace with a great view, had a late checkout and felt welcome. Has a small pool. I definitely recommend this place!
