Amazing shower with very good water pressure, lots of hot water. The cleaning person is very kind, cleans the rooms every day and provides clean towels and bottled water. The room had good air conditioning. Staff are friendly and helpful. We love the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of everything.
We stayed in one of the crooked corner room for about 10 days. Space is very limited in that room so it often felt a little suffocating but the great shower and air conditioning make up for it. Rooms are a little damp so things don't dry easily which is why having a good AC was essential.

Really good location, lovely staff and good value for money.

The location was great!
Only 3 options for breakfast. So if you stay in this hotel for a couple of days, the breakfast is a bit poor.

The location was good: about a 10-minute walk to two different subway stations, also possible to walk to several tourist attractions and malls.
The hotel page on booking.com made me believe that all the rooms other than standard ones have a beautiful view onto the old town. This is NOT the case. At the check-in, it turned out that only the deluxe rooms have it, not the superior ones, one of which I had booked. Indeed, our room had a view over a big and SUPER NOISY construction site where works like drilling and thumping and what not started very early in the morning. Obviously, that is not how I wanted to wake up during my vacation in Seoul.
When we tried to explain the problem to the lady at the check-in and possibly make an upgrade, she seemingly forgot all the English, even though she had spoken it quite well just before. Finally, she told us that an upgrade was not possible as there were no more rooms left and would not become available during our stay dates. Terrible.
Other than that, the shower in the bathroom has isolation problems: when you take a shower, the water spills over and the whole bathroom floor, which is supposed to stay dry, turns into a pond.
