Location was great! We mainly walked everywhere we wanted to go because it was so accessible. Anka was so helpful for check in and also let us store our bags the day we were leaving as we had a late train.

The room was smaller than anticipated, it did the job for us for 2 people being out and about most of the day but not really much space for hanging out in the room as much.

It was a fab location, so safe for a single female traveller, very helpful

I loved all. Except the odd occupants who have a lack of respect for noise in close proximity. I had to knock on their door and explain their noise levels inappropriate. It also disturbed most of the other occupants. That family left next morning. I felt for the manager as out of his control.

Good location

Inflexible and rigid with lots of rules around extra charges. Room was essentially a bedsit which was one of six on the entry to a section of one part of the floor. Very unfriendly and rude manager on site that did not know how to speak to guests. Great location but poor value for money when looking at cost and service. We were told night before our final night that water was going to get switched off for 1 hour and no compensation or genuine apology.
