Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de varias líneas de metro y supermercados.
El anfitrión dejó todo lo básico de limpieza, cocina, cafés y té. Cama muy cómoda.
No se puede ventilar ya que, al ser un bajo, cuando abres las ventanas da directamente a la calle. Sofá cama muy incómodo.

Posizione dell'appartamento diverso da quello del sito booking, piano terra senza poter aprire le persiane per questioni di sicurezza, il divano letto piccolo per dormirci in due.

Très bien placé pour visité Paris. café et thé a disposition. très bien décoré et propre avec tous les appareils électriques pour le séjour.
Les baies vitrés donnent directement sur le trottoir. Impossible malgré la chaleur d'ouvrir les volets roulants des baies à moins d'accepter d'être à même le trottoir. Nous avons ventilé avec les 2 ventilateurs disponibles. La chambre est en contre-bas du salon donc sans fenêtre.

The staff was great and very helpful and reply promptly. Check in instruction was clear
wifi was good
it is on a quiet street (though there were siren and heavy traffic from time to time but hey this is Paris) and not far from a place where we could go jogging in the morning
The location advertised is incorrect (it in on Rue Duroc between 6th and 7th arr. so definitely not in 2nd arr.) and I chose the place with location as first priority.
It was a tat too hot but bearable during our stay at the end of Aug.
Wifi info. in the info pack was incorrect (but the one on router is so no issue getting connected)
There were instruction to dispose of rubbish but the key to communal rubbish refuse place didnt work for me or I could not figure it out.
