Excellent location for exploring La Marais which is 10 mins in a taxi from Gare Du Nord. Great shops and restaurants in the immediate area.
15 minute walk to the Louvre area and Notre Dame and metro stations within 2-8 mins depending on the line you need.
Host was so helpful with questions via text and access was very straightforward.
It’s an older building with a spiral staircase. This was only one flight up so not too bad. No air con but once the windows were all open it wasn’t too hot. But it’s a busy area so was very loud at night so a choice between noise or heat in August!
It’s not very modern but clean and comfortable and you barely spend time there with so much to see all around.

The place was perfect!! So close to metro and also a beautiful neighbourhood. The host was very responsive and we did not have any issues whatsoever. We were 5 people and it was more than we expected. Very clean, very nice location and we were truly happy with our choice.

Die Lage der Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Unmittelbar vor dem Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle und auch die Metro ist nicht weit entfernt, so dass man in kurzer Zeit die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Paris besuchen kann. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Die Einrichtung ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es gibt keine Klimaanlage (Paris bei 40 Grad)

La nota positiva è sicuramente la posizione centrale, bella e vicinissima alla metro. Rapporto qualità prezzo buonissimo e proprietaria gentile e disponibile.
Purtroppo ti rendi conto fin dall’inizio che la struttura è davvero molto datata e il servizio non è stato eccellente. Cuscini scomodissimi e odore sgradevole in appartamento.
