Location excellent as expected car parking great bonus.
For my wife removal of the cobwebs in the velux windows and vaulted ceiling. Small point but better lighting in the living area one of the 3 lights didnt work and the dimmer switch on another didn't work some low lights would have been better.

Close enough to town to get in easily but gar enough out to be a nice quiet location. Having a bath and separate shower room was helpful. Having a parking space was essential.
Was initially difficult to find the key safe. Wasn't clear from arrival instructions that we were in apartment 1 and key safe was to the left of the stairs

Easy access to Fowey centre. Warm and bright. Good having parking.
Lingering smell in property. Difficult to get into Keysafe. Outlook not what expected - car park for ferry/memorial.
