Sleeping up to 17 people, This Luxury Vacation has bedrooms across both floors including 2 children's themed bedrooms! With record high temperatures across the county, imagine having the second-floor temperature registering 87 or 88 degrees at 8:30 at night. Our group dealt with this throughout our stay only to have two repair techs show up the day before we were to check out, go upstairs, acknowledge that it was hot, then go outside and never come back. The many fans throughout the upstairs area should have tipped us off.
The internet went out and after several messages, we were instructed on how to reset it.
Our planned work meeting was constantly interrupted with having to contact the property manager with issue after issue.
We received a message that everything was repaired after we checked out. This was not helpful to us and the work that we went there to accomplish.

The house overall was great. Unfortunately the AC would only keep the house between 72-75 degrees which was very hot for summertime, and we had no control over that. It was a bit of a drive to some of the cool areas around Orlando, but overall a great house for a friends’ weekend! Plenty of bedrooms, a nice pool, and enough space for 10 of us.

We ended up doing a trip with friends and the property was perfect for that. There were 13 of us - mostly couples and 5 singles and everyone got their own bedrooms. All but 3 bedrooms also had their own attached bathrooms so even with a big group there was privacy. Management was quick to respond when we reached out and super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

kitchen was not equipped with enough crockery as especially silver ware, glasses etc.( the capacity of the house is 19 so there should be atleast that many ) There are two dishwashers and we were going to stay for four days but still there was only one pod for the dishwaher. The swimming pool had algae. The management could not manage to get it cleaned even after messaging every day. So we could never use the pool. Hope the management consider refunding us some money as the property was not completely usable. Also we could not adjust the thermostate. it appears that the thermostate is controlled remotely by the management.

House was spacious, clean and well maintained. We had 4 families and never felt crowded (8 adults and 9 kids ranging from 6-16yo). The management company was very responsive and great to work with. Pool and yard are awesome! Lots of seating outside. Kids loved that there was a volleyball net for the pool. Kitchen had lots of plates, bowls and cups but definitely did not have enough forks/spoons so we ended up buying plastic.
Neighborhood is nice and the location is great! If we come back to this area, we would definitely book again!
Wish this company was part of the waterpark/club membership, as it is practically in the backyard and the kids wanted to go (we knew at time of booking that it was not included). This would not prevent me from booking again, as we loved the house! Definitely one of the best VRBOs we have rented!

Eight guys. Beautiful house. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. House was very clean and equipped with everything that we needed. Definitely will try to stay here again on our next golf trip.

Great stay!
Stayed for a week in June 2022. We've stayed in this neighborhood before and love it! This property was very clean and we had plenty of room! Some items need attention (broken curtains, no sheets on some of the beds) but overall it was a very comfortable vacation. Close to Disney (we went 3 of the 7 days). Would definitely not mind staying at this house again!

Sandra, the property owner was very responsive, pleasant, and helpful. The house has 2 refrigerators, and 2 dishwashers, which was a huge benefit. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. If you choose the pool heat, be prepared. It was very hot (100 degrees). Sandra was able to assist us with getting it lowered. The seating outside was abundant, and comfortable. The gas fire pit is an added bonus.
Our group of family and friends really enjoyed the stay. I would definitely recommend this house to others, and would also consider visiting again.

The house is a great house for multiple families or a family reunion. It is very spacious and can comfortably fit many people but still offer privacy. Double dishwashers and refrigerators can handle the big groups as well. Sandra the owner was very attentive through the booking process. I did not have to talk with Sandra during my stay but I am sure she would have been attentive. I did have a slight issue with the garbage not being picked up and it got very smelly and wafted into the backyard which was unpleasant. I did let the property manager know but it was still not resolved. The backyard is also a great space for families- pool is nice, lots of lounge chairs and a shaded area to get out of the sun-note the resort's waterpark is fairly close and you can see it in the distance from the yard and hear the noise. It did not bother us but if you wanted really quiet all day while in the yard that is not the case here- it closes in late afternoon and it is quiet all night. It is easy to get to the parks from here although there is aa lot of traffic in the area in the late afternoon and early evening. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this home to someone.

This home accommodated my 3 sisters and their families, my family and my parents. We had a wonderful weekend together and made many amazing memories. The home is depicted perfectly in the photos and was nice and clean upon arrival. The backyard is awesome. We made s’mores with the fire pit and unlike other vacation homes we’ve stayed in, this home was not closely built to the neighboring yard. The vegetation and trees gave us all the privacy we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and bowls if you plan on cooking, because we cooked multiple times per day. The seating in the living room and dining room gave us the opportunity to eat together and enjoy one another in 1 large space. There were a few minor issues but the host is taking care of them! She was amazing and super responsive throughout our entire stay; you will love her! We will definitely book this home again in the future! Not having access to the water parks didn’t bother us 1 bit because with COVID we had no desire to use the amenities anyway. Stay here for large family and/or friend vacations and you won’t be disappointed! Thank you for being so amazing Sandra!!!

Perfect family fun
This was a great house for my sister and I and our families! It was super close to the Disney parks and even though the house didn’t come with a heated pool and hot tub it was easily added for an additional fee. The manager was quick to respond and the home was clean. The only recommendation would be for extra towels or pool towels! Great experience!!!
