Nestled in Amarillo, this lovely house for $117 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. CENTRAL HEATING & AIR, WASHER & DRYER, WIFI & CABLE Completely updated with tile floors, original hardwood floors, updated kitchen has granite, updated bathrooms have subway tile, all appliances, and separate yard. Parking is in the driveway in front of the house, there is additional parking on the street. When making a reservation or sending an inquiry, please include all guests. The Property has a ring security camera placed in the front exterior of the home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. We welcome all well-behaved dogs, but please be sure to mention your pet when you are making a reservation or sending an inquiry. Thank you. 1398 sq ft, so there is plenty of room to relax. 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex with dining area, living room, master bedroom with king bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen, and laundry room with washer and dryer. There is a queen blow up mattress available that will sleep 2. There is also a couch that will sleep 1 additional person. One of the queen bedrooms has a purple mattress. The Purple Mattress provides a unique feel that is equally pressure relieving and cool to sleep on. The Purple Grid is the only comfort technology that instantly and intelligently adapts to your body to softly cradle your hips and shoulders and firmly support your back's natural shape. All at once. Plus, the open air channels neutralize body heat so you don't sleep hot. The backyard is completely enclosed for pets. The Rock Island Rail Trail sits directly behind the house. The trail is 4 miles long and follows an old rail corridor and is perfect for a nice walk or a nice bike ride. Our location is perfect for visitors to the Civic Center, Amarillo College, and West Texas A&M University. Enjoy Wonderland Amusement Park, Tri-State Fairgrounds, and the Texas Outdoor Musical Drama, held at the Pioneer Amphitheatre in Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Amarillo’s well-known Cadillac Ranch, Harrington Discovery Center and Westgate Mall are within minutes. Thank you. We welcome all well-behaved dogs, but please be sure to mention your pet when you are making a reservation or sending an inquiry. We are "pet friendly" and have a few guidelines for our guests with furry friends / fur babies. - Guest are responsible for cleaning up any pet waste. - Please keep pets off furniture and bedding. - Please remember to clean your pet's paws when they come inside. -If it has been raining or snowing, please make sure pets do not track mud inside. Any evidence of not following these guidelines may incur extra cleaning fees.

My wife and I plus 2 kids and 2 dogs traveled to see family that recently moved to Amarillo. We stayed for 4 nights. The house was spacious and clean. The yard was a good size. The property manager made the check in process a breeze and was very responsive. You can tell they care about this property. We had to drive all over Amarillo during our visit and the house was perfectly located to get everywhere we needed to go in less than 15 min (most places took less than 10 minutes to get to). All in all, I highly recommend this house. We really enjoyed it and will likely stay there again on our next trip to Amarillo.

CLEAN!!! The beds were very good, and plenty of space for the 5 of us.
The yard was a little sketchy at first, but the Gardner showed up and mowed! Then all was perfect for us.
Would stay again!! It was well worth it and close to lots of shopping.

This place was refurbished to be upscale. The updated baths and kitchen were nice except they didn't replace the old cabinets. My family and I spent 4 days there and was surprised that there was no dishwasher in the place. I cooked a lot and washed a lot of dishes with a very small dish drainer to hold them all. There were a few maintenance issues and a few items in the kitchen that I would have liked to have had, but overall the place was pretty nice and the neighborhood was ok.

My family of five (parents & siblings) came from two different states and times for a wedding in Amarillo. The manager's communication and ease of checking in was great, as we could all arrive and access house immediately!
We had one small issue with the washing machine and the response time to fix was very fast. Further, we received a follow-up to confirm that it was working again and that nothing else was needed.
The only thing we missed in the listing was that there is not a dishwasher, and it was difficult to get hot water in the kitchen sink.
Good amount of towels and toiletries to use. Would recommend this property and the management!

At first was disappointed it was a duplex sistuation but it all worked out well, I could hear the people next door but it wasn't a terrible situation.
The place was fixed up great ,comfortable bedding, would recommend this place.

This house was overflow for the adult married kids of our family of 21. It was a comfortable place for them to stay as we all gathered at Grandpa and Grandma’s house nearby. And it was accommodating for our little dog as she’s not welcome at Grandma’s. 😂😉

If there was anything negative I would say the sheets on the King bed. Not a fan because I prefer cotton. Overall the place was great and a nice respite for the final

We booked this place for one night during a family road trip. I cannot sing enough praises for this property and the management. Everything was meticulously prepared. The entire house was labeled (i.e. light switches, cabinets, etc...) for convenience. Everything was clearly restocked and all amenities we needed available. The hosts were available by text and checked in on us. Overall a great experience and will definitely be booking there next time.
