About this condo rental
Situated in Waves, this attractive condo for $415 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The Lighthouse is part of the Watermen's Retreat Resort and managed by property management company Flying R - Watermen's Retreat. The Lighthouse features teak floors, tile bathrooms, carpeted bedrooms and a full modern award-winning kitchen with an s-bend granite cocktail bar. The living room features leather furniture, a flat screen TV, cable and Apple TV. Space to entertain includes a dining room table with seating for 6 and bar seating for 4. The primary bedroom has a private full bathroom, walk-in tile shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a king bed while the third has a queen bed. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable. The shared full bath has a bathtub shower combo. The living area and primary bedroom provide access to the east facing deck with water views. The bedrooms provide access to a water view balcony. The Lighthouse does not have the direct waterfront views of our waterfront suites but does offer enough water views to soothe the soul and keep you in touch with the conditions to hit the water when it’s peaking. Guests of Watermen’s Retreat get kite launching and landing access at REAL Watersports and 10% off at the REAL Watersports Rental Shop. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi internet access, an in-suite washer and dryer, base level secure gear storage, covered parking, an elevator and quick access to REAL Watersports and Watermen’s Bar and Grill. All Watermen’s Retreat properties include bed linens, made beds upon arrival, bathroom towels, drip style coffee maker, coffee filters, salt & pepper, dishwasher soap tabs, dish soap, sponge and kitchen towels. Our three-bedroom water view suites are named after two of the heaviest and most famous surfing locations on the Outer Banks: “S-Turns” and “The Lighthouse”. This is NOT a pet friendly property.

The property offers everything a family would want to enjoy the outdoors. The rooms were spacious and clean. The management was quick to answer all of out questions and concerns in a prompt and professional manner. The kids(all recent high school grads) loved all that the Waterman's and OBX had to offer.

Summer Retreat
My family has never been to the Outer Banks, but we were pressed to book a summer trip so we didn’t get blocked out. The listing was exactly as it appears on VRBO. Immaculate conditions and very well appointed kitchen and amenities. The staff was incredibly courteous on the phone and via email. We are not kite surfers (it looks fun), but the beaches are incredibly beautiful and only a very short drive with parking everywhere. The Bar & Grill on the property has a fantastic menu.
I would definitely recommend Watermen’s Retreat to anyone looking to unwind!
