The order and delivery process for breakfast was chaotic. Departs from all normal restaurant and customer service norms. It needs to be completely revamped because it is busting the hotel extra money wasted time and poor customer service reaction. It's not the employee's fault it is the system that was set up it fails miserably

Location
Room was not ready at check in time. Had to wait close to an hour for it. Room was not prepared for 2 guests but for one. Breakfast ordering logistics is wrong. Takes way too much time to order breakfast and most of the guest are in a hurry due to tours or schedule.
